Time travel is a fascinating topic. When we think of time travel, we think of fantastical adventures, saving the universe or trying to figure out what the hell is going in Primer. In our web comic today we use the concept of time travel in more mundane ways.
Actually, I can’t think of a story where time travel was a major plot device and a character within the narrative went back in time and did something mundane like brush teeth or put more money in the parking meter. Not sure if that kind of thing was ever explored in an episode of Doctor Who. I could see The Doctor going back for an assistant because they left the kettle on, but theoretically The Doctor could simply go back before the kettle was even put on. Okay maybe not, the Tardis is not that reliable.
Sorry, I nerded out there for a minute.
Maybe time travel will become a reality someday. In the meantime try not to make too many mistakes, and don’t kill that spider. I know you’ve heard of the Butterfly Effect. Just sayin’.
But seriously, Primer is really confusing.
