I don’t follow the whole Japanese idol singer thing.  I just know that there are a hell of a lot of girls singing at any given time in Japan.

As such, I personally never got into groups like Morning Musume (never much cared for the music), but I can see the appeal.

But can I just mention how confusing it must be for someone to keep track of all these similarly named girl groups?  How do you keep track of who is in which group when you have names like AKB48, SDN48, SKE48, and NMB48?  Yes, those are all real.

I’m sure there’s a web site dedicated to keeping this all straight.

Not sure what I can say on this one.  I’m sure that if I could see your face after reading the comic, I would get “that look”.

This maybe the case of: the less said, the better.

Shockingly enough, this is startlingly close to a real thing in Japan.  There are those in that great country who covet young womens’ underwear, and it’s well known that there are vending machines that dispense said items.  With that fact alone in mind, it makes one think that today’s comic actually may not be too far from reality.

I wonder if people sort them like how you would sort books, using some sort of Dewey Decimal system for undergarments.

See, there’s that look again.

It’s probably safe to say that they may not dedicate an entire television show to what we have illustrated for you today.  Actually… they may, but I’m too scared to do the research and find out.
