Hello people! Steve here, part of this comic’s 2-man show. Some of you folks may have headed over here from Negative Zen, and if so, I’m glad you did. I enjoy(ed) doing NZ, and I think that Zing! will also find a place in your tender hearts (but, probably a different place — maybe over beside the lamp your aunt gave you that you can’t bring yourself to part with).
The concept of Zing! is in the same food group as NZ is(was), namely: bring the funny. The flavor, though, will be a little different. Hopefully you will enjoy the taste, nonetheless.
Just let that last line simmer in your mind for a moment.
As Murdock said on Tuesday, in this comic most of my involvement at the outset is visual. I do the drawings, such as they are. Chris and I work out the scripts in general, mainly through general banter, and then through some process in his brain, they form scripts that appear in my Inbox. Then I sweat out the Photoshop details and present the final dish to you, the reader.
